When I make an important decision, I consult others and I try to make decisions that benefit as many people as possible. I know that I can't please everyone, but I do like to get everyone's input. I am good at facilitating compromise and consensus. I meet people half way. I may have the final say, but I don't want anyone to feel like I made an unfair decision.
